One of the causes is due to an over load on the server . This is seen on hostgator .
brand new hosting .
looked at the server status and i see
Server Load 24.90 (24 cpus) with a red circle
Disk /dev/xxx3 (/) 84 % with a yellow triangle
so even if there is no server load it could the remove hard disk on the server
