wordpress Error on line 2: The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.

this error really showed me how outdated the links on google search are . All the solutions were not working

Error on line 2: The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.

If still, your problem exists furthermore you probably have to check above 3 possibilities in wp-config.phpwp-rss2.phpwp-atom.php files. https://speedysense.com/wordpress-blank-line-before-xml-declaration-rss-feed-does-not-validate/

These files did not even exist in the latest version of wordpress. Finally it was the theme which caused the error . Changing the theme to the default theme fixed the issue

disable openvpn ubuntu

Run: sudo update-rc.d openvpn disable. Then you'll have to run sudo service openvpn start to manually start the VPN.
Or edit the file /etc/default/openvpn sudo gedit /etc/default/openvpn. And uncomment the line: #AUTOSTART="none" So it looks like: AUTOSTART="none"

Theories coming true weaponised malware

In 2012

Obama raised concerns that the Stuxnet program, code-named Olympic Games, would embolden other countries, terrorists and hackers to use similar attacks, but concluded that the U.S. had no other options available against Iran, the Times story said.

Weaponized social media and the beginning of the end of democracy

The words
changing reality according to clients' wishes’ targeting elections in African, Latin America and Asian nations for years. -- rt

This really shook  me up . As i begin to the see the whole implications of this .

Democracy (Greek: δημοκρατία dēmokratía, literally "rule by people") is a system of government where the citizens exercise power by voting. In a direct democracy, the citizens as a whole form a governing body and vote directly on each issue

This is how democracy in smaller countries will begin to look.

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely” and the second one being “The road to hell is paved with good intentions”.Without an effective opposition the government of the day, becomes dictatorial and unaccountable and could pass laws which favor a selected few or a particular tribe or group.  -- quora

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The weaponised digital forces will slowly wipe up any remaining opposition by degrading their leaders in a slow sustained campaing.

unless countries digitize each citizens bio metrics and link with block chain and encryption . I dont think even the strongest democracies will know what hit them .There will be HUGE landslide for the site which gets the best weaponised teams .

Some countries need almost despotic democratic institutions to sort up legacy issues with neighbouring counties. And weaponised social media can give most 3rd world counties a despotic leader to push through the reforms needed pull the country out of year of indecision due to hung parliments

A sound democracy with an effective opposition will ensure the desire of the people is follow through.-- quora

People are programmed since birth . So when it comes to hard decisions like giving land to an enemy country to buy peace a huge majority of people will resist. This is the time when weaponised social media help change the course of history for the good?

on the other side

"The Constitutional Path to Dictatorship in Venezuela"

radical constitutional theories that slowly overthrew Venezuela’s democratic regime. -- stanford

just like weaponised malware there is no going back ...
