The issues happened again and i lost admin access. and jetpack https://jetpack.com/support/debug/ gave an unknown error.
And also The user (admin) who setup the Jetpack connection is not an administrator.[resolution] =>
Wordpress support told me Either upgrade the user or disconnect and reconnect Jetpack.
(later on i realised wordpress tech support do not really know how to troubleshoot and probably have a script they follow) . why? i sent screenshots of the changed admin keys in the phpmyadmin and the teaachc support just ignored that. caused me to lose a lot of data the first time i troubleshooted the problem with them). I had purchaed a premisum wordpress plan . Now i realised the plan is not value for money
I was told to go back to the hosting tech support who also had no clue how to fix the issue and did a system restore which caused me to lose data .
the server admins are big dumF***ks
This happend again the very next day
I figured it happened as vault press cause a spike in request to the server .
this caused the shared hosting server admin to block the spike .
they issued the command 41xxx /opt/cpanel/xx/root/usr/bin/php -q -d safe_mode=Off
this broke something . and also changed the wp_capabilities to a:1:{s:13:"bbp_spectator";b:1;} this time i changed by the
wp_capabilities from
a:1:{s:13:"bbp_spectator";b:1;}
to
a:1:{s:13:"administrator";s:1:"1";}
and it fixed the site .
it could be due to the jetpack vulnerability
https://www.cvedetails.com/cve/CVE-2015-9359/ https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/millions-of-sites-exposed-by-flaw-in-jetpack-twordpress-plugin/ i dont know .
Please see this can reach https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/known-issues/

I don't think the Jetpack vulnerability had anything to do with the problem you are having. It seems something changed the bbPress user capabilities but I don't think this has anything to do with the Jetpack vulnerability issue. It does appear Jetpack is properly connected now.
If you want to reinstall VaultPress and connect it we can look into what is causing the traffic spikes on your site. It's very likely if you have a log file that hooks into WordPress and is incredibly active that it could be causing some problems.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
