During the morning of August 2, 2013, Endurance International Group’s data center in Provo, UT experienced unexpected issues that impacted customers of Bluehost, HostGator, HostMonster and JustHost. Company websites and some phone services were affected as well.

Our data center in Provo is currently experiencing network issues and they are working diligently to resolve the issue. Unfortunately we do not have an estimated time of resolution. This currently is affecting shared, reseller, VPS, and dedicated servers within that data center. We will update this post when further details are available.

Numerous servers down today: @justhost @hostgator @bluehost @hostmonster all servers are down worldwide, millions of web site down since lunch. Most email addresses too.

Update: We've made progress identifying the router causing problems. Approx half of servers should be accessible; we'll keep you posted.
UPDATE: We found some key problems. 1/2 of the servers should be up but intermittent issues will persist while we diagnose. More to follow!
