Googles own site makes it impossible for a normal user to implement google mobile adsense adv.
Do not use duda mobile as they want you to pay to implement ads
Use the mobile switcher plugin under wordpress . Check goto plugins and click on switcher
then click on mobile widgets , add mobile add, add your google publisher id and then save it
go back to switcher and check and enable the ad.
