Most Staff working for tech support companies are idiots

After getting bureaucratic replies and incorrect replies from tech support staff working for hosting companies i can confidently says most of the low rung tech support staff are either not trained,have no tech support knowledge or lie outright to customer and close the complaint tickets without waiting for a reply for customers .

I recently got an email from the abuse team saying that a simple word press site was causing a lot of load on their servers and that is the reason they disabled the site .
The site was hosted on a shared hosting plan where the user does not have access to any server feature but the abuse team wanted me to remove apache threads.

We had been informed by our server admin team with the logs stating that there was a tremendous load on our server due to the presence of apache threads in the hosting package associated with the domain name c.net. Thus we have suspended the free services of the hosting package.

We request you to kindly get in touch with your server admin team or web developer team to remove the apache threads from the website. Once done, you may update us and we shall unsuspend the free services.

Dear Sir
I would gladly remove apache thread from my shared hosting space. which has disabled all access to apache for people who buy space from this hosting .

Q  Does this is a shared hosting the user has NO access to any kind of apache service? .
Kindly check with your server admin if shared hosting has access to apache threads.
The shared hosting is so basic that the user has no access to php.ini even.

So Sir there is no use of my server admin team or web developer team  as they cannot do anything on a shared hosting package.

A) Since this is a shared hosting, all the resources are shared amongst all the packages hosted on the server.

Q) Kindly check with your server admin if shared hosting has access to apache threads?
A) We cant give access to each domain for apache threads, as this can increase load on the server...and the load cannot be balanced or maintained.

However, you definitely have access to the php.ini file, and hence you can rewrite the rules in this file.

Kindly update us, once you have finished removing the apache threads, we shall than remove the suspension from the free services associated with this domain.
