msn messenger family cannot sign in error code 8004B3E9

Microsoft guys are idiots . The error message page tells the user to go to http://account.live.com and accept the terms of use (there is NO TOS on that link)

To fix this error, sign in to https://fss.live.com, click on Terms of Use to accept it. Do this before you sign in to the Family Safety client. (now the programmer could have been a bit more intelligent and put the correct link with the dumb error code)

Clicking I accept means that you agree to the Windows Live service agreement and Privacy Statement.
